How to Support a Friend

If you're supporting a friend who has experienced sexual harassment or assault, here are a few things you can do:
-
Listen: Offer a safe and non-judgmental space for them to share their experience if they feel comfortable.
-
Believe Them: Assure them that you believe their experience and that it's not their fault.
-
Respect Their Choices: Encourage but don't pressure them to seek support or report the incident. Respect their decisions.
